Please update with any info on contacting st with out the automated stuff Someone needs to answer for this depriving costumers of there right mind while playing games with peoples time and money. I’ve missed almost 2 days of work on the phone with this Saturday Night Live skit w/ST Technical Support looking like a bunch of fucking bafoons pretending to help you knowing damn good and well it will never happen and it’s not there fault either. Knowing damn good and well this is a fucking disaster and have now lied and been wasting everyone’s time dragging this high-jacking out for as long as possible trying to place blame on us with every possible situation that could be wrong with a cell phone or SIM card that would stop the service from working. When they can’t fix it they say let me get you to one more person I’n my department while I call someone else to resolve this issue. THEN THE TRANSFER HAPPENS!!! After a hour of them having you complete the same shit that didn’t work yesterday or 3 hrs ago or the 9 other times before this call they want to transfer me to someone else. Each time it’s the same dragged out questions and do this and turn on this and IMCI # and over and over again telling me what a wonderful name I have, oh yea and the one moment I’m working on it or let’s try one more thing. 8hrs I have been on hold talking to St technical support. They are straight up waisting my time knowing they can’t get the phone to work. If I didn’t already have $500 sunk into this new ST IPhone then it would have been in the lake somewhere and more complaints sent to the Executive Corporate office then they knew what to do with. So I get my phone in last night and started activating it about 4:30 pm thinking this will just take second…. I then decided to just buy a phone from ST website and refill my services with another 30d plan. Needless to say I’ve went the entire month without a phone while I had paid for the $65 30day plan. I bought a new phone because I broke my old one Dec 1 and couldn’t for the life of me get anything to work with my SIM (I tried 8 unlocked phones) and couldn’t ever get ST on the phone with out them hanging up on me. I have brand new ST phone with ST sim that it came with. I have never in my life talk to so many incompetent ppl with fake names and accent almost mocking me with a straight face. Basically very easy to switch from phone to phone with the same service. It was easy to use and I could use any unlocked phone. !!WARNING!!!STRAIGHT TALK GASLIGHTING IS OPERATIONAL!! BEWARE IF PHONE DOSENT WORK FIND ANOTHER CARRIER NOW!! They are undoubtedly screwing with our minds and insulting your intelligence.

After spending the last 3 days wasting HOURS (no joke) talking to over 30 customer service reps on chat and on the phone, I created a Reddit account so that someone may be able to google this and find a resolution. If this does not work for you, I apologize. Tell them you'd like a number ported from Metro PSC and provide them with the account #, pin, and whatever information they ask for. Once you get your account number and pin, call Straight Talk port department at 1-86 extension 332264. This will get you an account number and a pin which is necessary to give to Straight Talk to complete the port. Ask them to activate your account on Metro PCS network. You will be able to use that to call the phone numbers without the straight talk network.Ĭall Metro PCS customer service at 1-88.
